We hope you had a fun & safe Halloween night. A shout-out to all the volunteer dancers that performed the Thriller dance alongside the Cheer & Dance FTL group at FTL Pride’s Halloween Extravaganza. These Peacocks looked deathly, but their performance was very much alive! Stay connected via Social Media as we are always in need of Dancers at various events, including a flash mob in January!

As we “fall back” into our normal schedules, allow me to highlight a few upcoming classes - we’ve got you covered:

Join us tonight, as our newest Princess, Sam, brings us an edgy, eclectic & slightly feminine K-POP Koreo class. Great for all levels. Book your spot now!

As per usual, grab your friend & join us this #FirstFriday, Nov 4th at 7:15pm for Girls Night Out Heels class with our King. All genders welcome and of course, heels always optional. Champagne toast to follow!

Be sure to keep an eye on the schedule as we approach the holiday season. There will be modified classes, special subs & studio closures during Thanksgiving week. These changes will be visible on the Wellness Living calendar.
Similarly, Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday, November 6 at 2am. Don’t forget to rewind those clocks 1 hour. This gives us more sunlight in the mornings, but unfortunately has the reverse effect on our evenings. Do your best to not let that derail your goals, Peacocks. Resist that urge to slow down, sink into the couch and gorge on heavy foods.

30 Days of Gratitude

A wise person once said, You don’t regret the things you do, you regret the things you don’t do! So, let’s be grateful for what life has to offer, for being blessed with the ability to move & groove, and dance into November with an attitude of Gratitude. We challenge you to jot down 1 thing you are grateful for every morning upon waking up. Every morning thereafter, read aloud all entries before adding the newest one. By day 30, you’ll have a beautiful reminder of how blessed you are indeed. Then, join us every evening for your favorite dance formats & more! The daily thankfulness challenge together with daily movement will increase endorphins & lower cortisol levels. You won’t regret it!
