SCHEDULE & CLASSES

My Fitness brings all the Peacocks to the yard! New Group Fitness classes being added to the morning schedule. Early birds get the worm - check out our brand new offerings to kick off your new year!

MO FLO - a full body conditioning & strength class ending with a guided cooldown to the soothing frequencies of sound bowls. Join Berto & Brian Wednesdays & Fridays at 6am! Bring your own mat.

BODYFIT - a full body strength & calisthenics class, with bands & dumbbells, keeping you fit & fine. This 55-minute low impact class occurs every Monday & Friday at 8:30am with Jenny. Bring your own mat.

And don’t forget our existing Group Fitness options on the schedule to help you achieve all your wellness goals:

TURBOMAX (Cardio Kickboxing) - Tuesdays 5:30pm*

CORE30 - Tuesdays 6:30pm & Thursdays 5:30pm*

RISE & GRIND - a 45-minute flow-based class, focusing on mobility, stretch and strength while waking the body for the day ahead - Saturdays 8:30am*

Amazing news - our Tuesday Spotlight Series classes are such a success, we are adding to our schedule Thursday Spotlight Series at 7pm every week. That means double the variety for you to try each week. We have a new night, new styles, AND new instructors coming to play!
